Andrea Ostheimer from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation succeeds Dr Peter Koppinger as ENoP Project Coordinator. Ms Ostheimer worked in the last 10 years for different projects in Congo and Mozambique.
The Inštitut NOVUM, from Slovenia, is the 58th ENoP Member.

- The Cambodian Example –
Between 2001 – 2008 the Konrad Adenauer foundation implemented the project “Provincial Towns in Cambodia” under the European Commission’s “Asia Urbs Program” in the framework of the Decentralization Strategy of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
International Conference of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation
Government representatives and civil society representatives from twenty Latin American and European countries met in Brussels from 1 to 4 May 2009.
They discussed how the exertion of governmental power by left forces and the participation of left forces in governments can be used to strengthen post-neoliberal and transformatory movements for a profound change in politics and social development.
On April 2009 ENoP – European Network of Political Foundations conducted its first 3-day training course on – “Instruments and Thematic Programmes of the EU in Democracy Promotion and Development Cooperation”. The seminar was held in Wendgräben, Germany.
