The Johannes Mihkelson Keskus, Estonia, is the 60th
ENoP Member.
Founded in 1993, the Johannes Mihkelson Centre is based in Tartu and operates according to the principles of the Social Democratic Party.
The ENoP Steering Committee has approved the Centre as new member on its meeting of the 11th
January.
