Launch EU-NDI joint project: Strengthening Cooperation on Democracy Support, 28 - 29 June

The ENoP Network Coordinator Arjen Berkvens attends the Opening Conference of the  “Transatlantic Dialogue: Strengthening Cooperation on Democracy Support” ,  organized by the National Democratic Institute with support of the  European Union Delegation to the United States  in Washington, DC.  This project is co-financed under the budget line “EU-US policy research and debate 2010 -11”.  The sessions are chaired by the:  Former U.S. Secretary of State, Madeleine K. Albright, the President of the European Parliament Jerzy Buzek, the Former EU High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana and the Former U.S. Representative and Former Chairman of the National Endowment for Democracy Vin Weber.
