The Brussels office of the Heinich Böll Foundation hosted the second internal training seminar on EU programmes in their premises. 14 participants from ENoP member organisations afliliated to the ALDE and GREENS/EFA party families attended the 3 days seminar. Training person was Sonia Herrero.
