ENoP at Wilton Park Conference on Delivering Effective Political Party Assistance on 16-17 March

The Conference was organized in several sessions focusing on different political environments (Africa, MENA, and Latin America) and tackled issues such as aid effectiveness in strengthening political parties and how political strengthening fits into overall development plans and poverty eradication, party support in conflict-affected countries, tools and methodologies for delivering effective political party assistance, standards and M&E, etc.

Major institutions with parliamentary and political party support programmes and specialists from transition and developing countries attended.
