The seminar, organised by the European Liberal Forum asbl (ELF) with the support of the ENoP member VVD International/Haya van Somerenstichting (The Netherlands) and Prometheus Liberaal Kenniscentrum (Belgium), aims to provide with a liberal view on democratisation and democracy assistance in Europe and among its neighbours.
