The advantage of cooperation - Internal training on EU funding

The Italian ENoP member organisation Magna Carta facilitated the internal training on Instruments and Thematic Programmes of the EU in Democracy Promotion and Development Cooperation. Collecting ideas, structuring of project proposals and possible cooperation was in the focus of the 3 days training on 21-23 February.

Sharing experiences on designing projects in external actions.

According to their expertise the participants worked with calls for proposals for projects in Serbia (IPA), Lebanon (NSA-LA), Baltic Sea (NSA-LA) and on Awareness Raising (NSA-LA).  Devided into working groups the participants exercised the process from identifiying the core problems to a first draft of the concept note. During the closing session the 20 participants based in 11 countries and coming from 18 member organisations discussed possibilities of joint projects. The training person was Greta Jensen from Bond/UK, who already held a seminar for ENoP in 2010. The training took place in Frascati.
